The Sutherland Insight features an ultra-low noise floor and tremendous dynamic capabilities.
The new Insight phono preamplifier from Sutherland Engineering is the new reference in performance for reasonably-price phono preamplifiers. Adjustable for both moving magnet and moving coil phono cartridges, the Insight offers complete electrostatic and magnetic interference shielding, gold-plated headers and shunts, separate and completely isolated power supply and audio sections, and cold-roll steel chassis and casework construction with a baked-on epoxy finish.
Also included is a true dual-mono circuit layout, as well as Wima polypropylene/film capacitors and Dale-Vishay metal film resistors in the audio section. Both the configuration setting contacts and the RCA jacks are gold-plated. An IEC socket is installed for the use of any IEC power cord.

The Sutherland little LOCO Mk. II borrows from the technology of the PHONO LOCO to offer the benefits of trans-impedance phono preamplifier design at a lower price.
Sutherland’s little LOCO Mk. II is a trans-impedance design that works by amplifying the current output of the phono cartridge. The little LOCO Mk. II is available in both a stereo and a mono configuration.
The little LOCO Mk. II is designed to work optimally with phono cartridges that have a very low internal impedance. Use of this phono preamp requires that your tonearm cable have a shield that is connected to a separate ground wire that connects to the ground lug of the little LOCO Mk.II and that does not connect to the RCA plug shell, and that a floating connection to both phono cartridge coil terminals exists. Please be sure that your tonearm cable meets this requirement.

The Sutherland TZ Vibe trans-impedance phono preamplifier breaks new ground.
Trans-impedance phono preamplifiers have been expensive and have required balanced tonearm cables, up until now. The Sutherland TZ Vibe uses the basic audio circuitry of the KC Vibe along with the trans-impedance circuitry of the little LOCO to make a cost effective and user friendly phono preamplifier that also offers the benefits of trans-impedance design.
The TZ Vibe has RCA inputs and will work with any known phono cable. No longer is a balanced phono cable necessary. The TZ Vibe will also work well with moving coil phono cartridges that have a higher internal impedance than previous phono preamplifiers of this type.

Offered with faceplate choices of sliver with amber LED or black with blue LED, the DOS LOCOS is a dual chassis trans-impedance phono preamplifier that is intended for use with low output moving coil phono cartridges with an internal impedance of 20 Ohms or less. Signal gain is adjustable by internal jumpers with three settings.
Pricing shown is for pairs. Pricing for on chassis for use in one channel mono setups is half the pair price.
