All Audio Elegance Audio Furniture selections feature hand crafted workmanship to the closest dimensional tolerances possible. All seams are connected by handmade biscuit joints and are carefully fitted using the best technology in adhesives. The selections are carefully sanded and finished by hand. All tiered racks feature a recessed receiver cup for the solid brass cone that is formed of the same high quality brass. This receiver cup is designed to “float” into place when assembling the rack and seat itself into the proper position. This feature allows for proper alignment and increases the rigidity of the rack. The brass cones on each tier are adjustable for precise leveling of each shelf of the rack. The amplifier stand selections also allow for precise leveling by adjustment of the brass cones. The wall mount turntable shelf adjusts for precise leveling by use of an ingenious system of four brass spikes that are concealed within the shelf, but that are conveniently adjustable from outside the shelf.
The mass loading compartment, accessible on the underside of the shelf, is concealed from view and includes a sealing gasket. Any dry material that you choose can be placed in this compartment. Assembly and installation of Audio Elegance Audio Furniture is easy: Only the cones and legs need to be fitted by the consumer. All holes and fittings are pre-installed. Dakota Collection
Presented in solid hardwoods and exquisitely finished, the selections available in the Dakota Collection are the epitome of fine furniture craftsmanship and audiophile functional design. Each tier is carefully constructed to the closest tolerances possible, and all of the parts are fitted with hand made biscuit joints for structural integrity and lasting beauty. Each tier can be individually leveled to perfection using the heavyweight, beautifully finished, solid brass cones. The mass loading compartment of each tier allows for the use of a multitude of materials and seals securely with a provided gasket. The compartment cover is crafted from furniture grade multi-directional wood. The Dakota Collection amplifier stand features the same precise leveling feature and the same mass loading feature as the tiered rack system. The leveling system built into the wall mount turntable shelf features a unique brass spike and cup system that is easily adjusted from outside the shelf while concealing the adjusting apparatus. This turntable shelf is the most heavy duty, carefully engineered, and most visually pleasing turntable shelf on the market. The Dakota Collection turntable wall shelf, when properly mounted, can support in excess of 160 pounds and can be custom sized to fit any turntable rig.

Audio Elegance Frontier Series Single and Double Bay Audio and Video Racks
Available exclusively from Osage Audio Products, LLC, the Audio Elegance Frontier Series offers handcrafted quality at a budget price. Frontier Series racks have legs and frames built from solid maple with a beautiful, hand-rubbed oil finish. As with all Audio Elegance Furniture, the frame parts are rigidly joined using hand made biscuit joints. The sturdy frames are attached to the legs using high strength steel inserts and bolts. The structure is adjustable for leveling by using the standard carpet piercing spikes or optional solid brass cones.
The shelves are constructed of the highest grade of MDF available. The shelves are further damped by the application of a black, anti-resonant coating. The shelves are easily installed inside the recess of the shelf frame.

A Word About Custom Specification Selections
We will consider all requests for custom sizes, custom wood selections, and custom finishes. However, there are limitations to what we can do while still maintaining the functionality of our product selections. In order to preserve performance and structural integrity, we must follow or basic design and engineering brief. We can, however, create selections in custom sizes, and of a multitude of exotic woods, and with custom finishes. Please call to discuss your options.
If your request is possible to carry out, we require a consultation fee of $50.00 which will be refunded with your order. All custom orders must be prepaid before materials are obtained and construction begins. Due to limited availability of some materials and our production load at any given time, delivery of your custom furniture can take from 6 to 24 weeks. Please be assured that all custom specification orders will receive the highest degree of attention to design and quality.

Wood products and wood finishes are susceptible to damage caused by heat. Heat can cause discoloration of finishes, blistering of finishes, delaminating of wood products, splitting of wood, shrinkage of wood, as well as cracking, warping, and twisting of wooden products. This type of damage is not covered by your Audio Elegance Audio Furniture warranty. Vacuum tube stereo equipment can, and does, produce large amounts of heat. Common sense should prevail when selecting Audio Elegance Audio Furniture to be used to support any vacuum tube stereo equipment. For instance, any piece of vacuum tube, or even solid state, stereo equipment that gets too hot to comfortably touch the top of with your bare hand should not be placed in an Audio Elegance Audio Furniture equipment rack with a shelf above it. This piece of equipment should be placed on a top shelf or on a separate stand with no upper shelf to avoid the possibility of non-warranted damage to the stand and to avoid the possibility of a fire hazard. A piece of stereo equipment that gets this hot during operation should also be placed well away from curtains, draperies, carpet, rugs, and out of the reach of children.

Stereo equipment that gets hot during operation, but not too hot to keep you hand on should have a minimum clearance of 6 inches above the piece of equipment. This will probably require custom sized legs for your Audio Elegance Audio Furniture equipment rack.
Vacuum tube equipment with exposed tubes or tubes only covered by a tube cage should NEVER be place on the shelf of an Audio Elegance Audio Furniture equipment rack with a shelf above it regardless of the clear space above. To do so can cause damage to your rack that is not covered by the warranty and will create a fire hazard.

Audio Elegance Audio Furniture selections are carefully constructed and finished to the highest furniture standards by a skilled craftsman. You can expect your selection to have a long and trouble-free life with minimal care. As will all fine furniture, your Audio Elegance Audio Furniture selection should not be subjected to quickly varying environmental conditions and should not be placed in areas with extreme high and/or low humidity conditions, or in areas with intense heat or sunlight. This included damage that may be caused by exposure to vacuum tube electronics or other electronics that generate even moderate levels of heat. Vacuum tube amplifiers should be placed on separate amplifier stands and all electronics that generate moderate or greater heat should have adequate clearance above and all around the unit. Please call or write us prior to purchase and installation to discuss your specific application if you have any doubts whatsoever. These conditions can cause damage to wooden furniture and cannot be covered by this warranty. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect are not covered by the terms of this warranty. This includes damage to finishes caused by abrasion, heat, or general misuse or abuse.

Damage or injury to audio equipment, other objects or property, persons, or the furniture itself that is caused by improper setup, installation, location, or assembly of your Audio Elegance Audio Furniture is not covered by the terms of this warranty.
Due to some normal variances in environmental conditions, periodic adjustment of the legs and of the leveling of the tiers may be necessary. This is a normal condition inherent to wooden furniture. If you do not fully understand how to make these adjustments, please contact us before proceeding.
For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase your Audio Elegance Audio Furniture product is guaranteed, with exception of the conditions described above, against defects in materials and workmanship. Please make any warranty claim by telephone or email completely describing the condition and providing your complete name, address, and telephone number. Also include your original order number, which is on your invoice. All defects that are covered by this warranty will be repaired or the product replaced at no charge for materials or labor. The claimant is responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with performing the repair or replacement. In cases where a particular material is no longer available, and repair is not possible, suitable product choices will be offered by the manufacturer to replace the product.
There are no exceptions to this warranty and no other conditions or terms apply. This warranty is offered by the manufacturer and is administrated through Osage Audio Products, LLC.
